Do Your Fat Arms Hang and Flap Around When You Wave To Someone? Here’s The Simple At-Home Solution

Are you concerned about your arms? Are they too big and embarrass you when you wear a short sleeve shirt or a dress? Do your sagging arms flap all over the place when you wave to someone?

So what can you do about this? What do you have control over that will help solve this problem? First, diet helps a lot to reduce the fat from your arms... however, I'll focus on how you can best tone up the arms so that they tighten up and look smaller and leaner.

The best way to do this is by focusing on weight training and certain exercises that target your triceps.

The triceps are the back of your arms. Since there are 3 "heads" to the triceps, you'll need to use more than 1 exercise or know how to change up specific exercises to properly stimulate all 3 heads of the triceps.

So let's get to it. Here's the #1 exercise to tighten your sagging, drooping arms.

Pushups

I won't insult your intelligence.

I'm sure you know how to do pushups. But, I'll give you a tip on how to maximize their effectiveness. That tip is this... change your hand position each set. The closer your hands are together, the better you target the triceps. But again, the triceps has 3 muscle heads.

So it's best to vary your hand placement with each set to work the whole muscle. This allows you to only have to do 1 exercise for the whole triceps to properly stimulate the 3 muscle heads.

Ideally, you should use 3 hand positions... 6 inches apart from thumb to thumb, 12 inches apart from thumb to thumb, and 18 inches apart from thumb to thumb.

Do 3 sets for each hand position taking a rest of 30-60 seconds between each set. So 9 total sets per workout. So the whole triceps workout would take less than 15 minutes. Do as many reps as possible for each set.

If you were to do this 3 times a week for 3 weeks, I have no doubt you'll see significant toning and shaping to the back of your arms. Now wave bye-bye to your sagging arms.
