Forex Day Trading - The Biggest Myth of Day Trading Is You Can Make Money At It!

Posted by admin in Create A Blog

Day trading systems are everywhere, but it is impossible to make money from them - for 2 main reasons which are outlined below.

If you think you can make money day trading, you need to think again and read the facts below.

If you are thinking of buying a day trading system ask any vendor to show you a real track record of profits and you wont get one.

The reason?

Day trading by its very nature is flawed and does not produce consistent profits over the longer term.

1. How Currencies trend

On a short term daily basis trying to guess the action in a day is similar to flipping a coin. All short term daily movements are random.

Currency markets reflect the health of the economy overall and trend longer term.

If you look at long term trend following you have reliable data to work with over a period of time but this is not so in day trading.

If you are a technical trader (and most day trading systems are) if you dont have enough reliable data you cannot attempt to put the odds in your favour.

2. Day trading breaks the fundamental rule of trading:

You have heard it many times: cut your losses and run your profits You need to have far bigger profits than losses to make profits longer term.

Sure you can cut your losses but you cant run your profits.

Generally most readers have more losing trades than winners and if you cut a winning trade in a day session how can you ever make money? You cant.

You will simply lose your equity quickly day trading.

So why do traders do it?

Because they believe vendors who make claims and produce hypothetical track records.

Check with these vendors and ask for a track record you wont get one.

They make money selling you the system and then making more money on kickbacks from brokers (remember transaction costs are higher) on day trading systems.

So broker and vendor win you lose your money thats the real story of most day traders.

If you want to make money trade longer term and also never buy a system from a vendor unless you get a real-time track record, over at least 3 years however you will wait a long time for one of those on a day trading system

3 Keys to Boosting Your Inner Confidence

Posted by admin in Success Strategies

I’ve been coaching for a few years now, and the biggest thing I’ve learnt - both for me and for my clients - is that inner confidence is the key to it all.

There are all kinds of strategies, ways of thinking, patterns of behaviour and practical tips for improving your life and feeling better about yourself, but they’re all redundant if the foundation isn’t there. That foundation is the real you, the you that you know deep down you are. The trick is that it takes confidence to find that and to bring out who you are - here are the three keys to real inner confidence.

1. Get To Know Your Values

Personal values are a big passion of mine and I often get carried away with myself when I talk about them. I make no apology for that though - they’re one of the most important things you can know about yourself and are vital in getting genuine inner confidence. Your values are ten thousand feet down inside you, right at the very core of who you are, and they’re the building blocks, the foundations and cornerstones for you. A value is something in yourself, in others or in the world that’s most important to you, and could include things like respect, progress, family, fun, nature, achievement or freedom.

Why is it that some people and situations leave you feeling angry, frustrated, demotivated or deflated? It’s because one or more of your values is being denied, suppressed or repressed - and we experience that as a negative experience because it’s denying a fundamental piece of who you are. You know those times when you’ve felt really alive, amazing or buzzing? Those are the times when one or more of your values are being honoured, and you can get more of that by living according to them.

Your values are all yours, and no matter what happens nobody can ever take them away. You can have absolute confidence in them because they’re there all the time just waiting for you to notice them and use them. When you get to know your values you can start to make choices and align your life around them - it’s so simple and it feels amazing because all that really means is that you’re allowing who you are to live in the real world.

2. Trust Yourself

People spend too much time looking for signs that they’re doing the right thing or on the right path. Sometimes we get that by hearing that we’re doing well at work, sometimes it could be encouragement from a friend or loved one, and sometimes we get that feedback by seeing our material wealth or possessions growing.

But rather than looking on the outside for those signs, how about looking on the inside at what you’re telling yourself? How about trusting yourself to do the best thing and make great choices? How about trusting your own insights and using your own intuition? I’ve seen those ideas scare the bejeezus out of people and you know why? Because it makes you accountable and responsible for what you get. If you trust yourself implicitly and you make the wrong choice you’ve got nobody else to blame.

But the fact is that we all make mistakes and we’ll all continue to make mistakes. So how would it be if you could trust yourself to get through anything and trust yourself to continue making choices that serve you well - even if sometimes you screw up? That’s the kind of trust I’m talking about, and that’s genuine inner confidence.

Start by listening to yourself and noticing what your intuition is telling you. Be aware of that little voice inside you or those gut reactions you get and pay attention to what they’re telling you. Trust yourself to make decisions, trust yourself to adapt and trust that you’re good enough to have, do or be whatever you want. True confidence will follow.

3. Exercise the Muscle

Confidence is a muscle, and like any muscle you need to exercise it so that it doesn’t shrink and waste away. The problem is that unlike your biceps or glutes, which tend to stay in the same place, your confidence muscle can be harder to find. How do you develop your biceps or firm up your glutes? By doing exercises that are designed to work that muscle over a period of time until you see the results you were looking for.

It’s just the same with confidence. Let’s say that you’re the kind of person that doesn’t take many risks. The kind of person who goes through each day doing what needs to be done and doing it well, but not really stretching yourself. You might talk yourself out of doing something because it’s too scary or because you think to yourself ‘I’m not good enough’, ‘that’s not who I am’ or ‘I don’t really want it anyway’. That kind of person lives within what they know and what keeps them safe and comfortable. The fewer risks they take, the less confident they need to be and so the less confident they become.

To work your confidence muscle you need to be prepared to take risks - big or small. You need to be willing to stretch yourself in an unfamiliar direction, to try something new or try something in a slightly different way. You need to open yourself up to the possibilities around you and push yourself to increase what you know, what you do and who you are. The more open you are to risk, opportunity and possibility the more confident you need to be, and so the more confidence you’ll develop. That’s your confidence muscle - the question is, what are you going to do to exercise it?

Full Passenger Information at Southampton Airport

Posted by admin in Airline Travel

Southampton Airport is situated just 6km from the outskirts of the city centre of Southampton. It is less than a kilometre from Junction 5 of the M27 motorway and the M3 just a few minutes away, providing fast communication links to Basingstoke and London with the A33/A34 linking to Oxford and the Midlands. Southampton is a modern regional airport handling over one million passengers each year flying to 33 different destinations.
If you are flying into Southampton then there are five major car hire companies based in the check in area of the terminal building. If you do not want to drive yourself then we also provide details of local executive, chauffeur and limousine hire.

The other alternative is to jump into a taxi and you will find a rank opposite arrivals which is operated 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by a company called Checkercars. Other options are to catch a bus into the centre centre - you have the choice of two - or catch a train from Southampton Airport Parkway which is located at the airport. We provide full details of the contact numbers for taxi companies and bus routes and timetables, and our guide also provides details on fast hourly connections to London Waterloo and many other destinations around the country.

If you are picking someone up from the airport we provide live flight arrivals information.

If you are flying out of Southampton the terminal building is all on one floor and relatively small so it is very easy to find your way around. The departures lounge has recently undergone a five million pound facelift and is now twice the size with new and improved catering and seating facilities and a couple of shops and eating and drinking outlets both before and after security. We provide live flight information on departures from the airport as well as details of the various parking options and tariffs if you are planning to leave you car there.

Finally our general information section provides details on the weather at Southampton Airport and the surrounding area, as well as a 5 and 10 day forecast, amenities for children, disabled facilities, internet access and bureau de change locations.

This guide to Southampton Airport was written by Linda Craik who is the main editor for UK Airport Guide.co.uk which is a comprehensive guide to all UK Airports.

We provide full details of where you can fly to from Southampton with details of the airlines, tour operators and holiday companies.

Anti Aging: Is There A Silver Bullet?

Posted by admin in Antiaging Treatment

Almost all of us are concern about how we will age. Even though aging is a very normal and natural process we always try to delay it as much as possible. Lets face it everyone wants to look and feel younger than they really are. As we enter our late thirties and early forties, the realization that we are getting older sets in and we start the fight against the aging process.

In our aging society the tips, treatments and techniques for anti aging are in great demand. In the market you can find numerous varieties of anti aging creams, therapies, and medicines. The market is over crowded with all these types of products.

Apply Your Common Sense:

The desire to look young is so strong that people will spend incredible amounts of money to stay young looking. As a result of this there are thousands of anti aging products on the market. You will see them in stores, on home shopping networks, infomercials, etc. I recommend you be careful to not get wound up in the hype. Take your time, do some research on the product you are looking at and make an educated decision. Most of these products are expensive and you owe it to yourself to be aware.

Nutritional and Balanced Diet:

With out a nutritionally balanced diet you really cannot fully achieve the anti aging effect. It is important to eat right and keep you weight down so you feel healthy, and when you feel healthy you will look younger. To achieve this you should cut out all the food products with too many calories. Just say good-bye to your favorite fast foods, pack your diet with fresh fruits and vegetables, and other organic food products. All the fresh fruits and vegetables contain some photo chemicals that purify the oxygen content of the blood thus making you very healthy. If you are healthy and physically fit, then you automatically look young.

You Need To Exercise:

Exercise is the corner stone in the plan to battle aging. If you want to be young looking you must exercise period. You should join the health club in your area to get started. If you just starting out with a new exercise program you should first consult a professional trainer. They will help create a workout routine that will be focused on your anti aging goals. Remember the less you exercise the older you will feel and the older you will look.

The Silver Bullet?

The question still is can all these anti aging creams and medications really make you look younger? The answer is definitely no, at least not all by themselves. As we have seen you also need to eat right, exercise and get your rest. I know you were looking for the silver bullet but there just is not one.

Meat Grinders

Posted by admin in Home Appliance Reviews

Meat grinders are appliances used for chopping or cutting meat. The whole piece of meat has to be disintegrated or cut into smaller pieces before cooking. Meat grinders are used for this purpose. The meat may be tough meat like lamb, pork, buffalo, or beef, or soft like chicken, duck, or rabbit. Meat grinders are capable of chopping both tough and soft meat varieties. Meat grinders may be manually operated or operated using electricity. The basic principle behind these grinders is the same. The meat is added to the grinder and the wheels are operated resulting in the required operation. In manual grinders the wheels are turned manually, whereas in electrical grinders the wheels are operated by switching on the start button.

The amount of meat to be processed, the time factor, and the cost factor decide the type of machine to be purchased. If a large quantity of meat has to be processed, electrical meat grinders are the best. For households the quantity of meat to be processed would be less and manually operated meat grinders are therefore the best. These meat grinders are quite affordable. The lowest price is around $20. Branded ones and high-end meat grinders cost at the least $3000. The cost difference is mainly due to the amount of meat that can be processed and the power of the machine.

There is no longer the need for buying canned meat. The meat can be processed at home itself and is an added advantage that the meat is fresh. Hunters and others who tend their own fowls can process their meat as and when required. This aspect enables healthy living. This also acts as a check on the over intake of meat by people. The meat processed may be used for many purposes. They may be used as fillings in sausages, burgers, fillets, meatloaves and sandwiches. Foodstuffs bought from the shops not only have meat fillings in burgers and sausages, but also may include other fatty substances. This is avoided when meat is processed at home and sausages or burgers are prepared at home. The meat processed using meat grinders is more consistent when compared to that of other food processors. They are available in various sizes, models and price ranges.

Grinders provides detailed information on Coffee Grinders, Grinders, Herb Grinders, Meat Grinders and more. Grinders is affiliated with Kitchen Appliances.

Enhancing Your Part Time Home Business By Blogging

Posted by admin in Create A Blog

If you have your own part time home business it is important that you are always looking for ways to increase your effectiveness and your profit margin. If you do not work to broaden and enhance your part time work at home business more than likely you will end up with a stagnate business that dies from lack of growth. One new tool that can help you enhance your business is a blog. Blogs have become popular in the past few years and are used as a way to express thoughts, opinions, discuss and debate topics and even for promoting businesses. Best of all, you will find that starting your own blog is free and there are many ways you can use it to increase the productivity of your part time home business.

One great way that you can enhance your home business with your blog is by blogging about different aspects of your business. If you are a writer, you can offer writing advice or even just random thoughts or experiences as a writer. You may even want to list the services you offer on your blog as well. When you write a blog you can emphasize keywords that will help others find your blog and make it easy to find among the other blogs. Use keywords that will attract potential customers to your blog. If you can get a steady readership to your blog, you will have a great way to bring in new clients to your business. Be sure that you leave a way that prospective clients can contact you so you are sure to never miss an opportunity.

Another way you can enhance your home business by blogging is by adding AdSense to your blog. AdSense was developed by Google so businesses can post ads on other peoples sites. If you choose to have AdSense ads placed on your page you will receive money each time someone visits the sites by way of your blog. While many visitors to your blog will improve your own business it can also earn you money when people click on the ads you have on your page. A great readership will increase the money you can make using AdSense. This is a great way to earn even more with your blog.

If you have absolutely no presence on the web a blog is a great way to get started, since you can start blogging for free. Get your thoughts, your services, and your name out there to the general public and you will see your business improve. You can also use your blog to post some of your work so you have links to send clients too so they can view your work as well. A blog is like all business tools - it has to be used well to be effective. If you start a blog and do not keep it active, it will not have much impact on your part time home business, but if you work hard at keeping it fresh and updated, no doubt you will be able to find even more work at home opportunities through your blog.

The bodys immune system destroys the part of the body that creates insulin. Thus, without insulin the body cannot use the glucose it needs derived from the food you eat. With a high level of glucose in the blood, known as Hyperglycemia you develop symptoms that include.

Thirsty all the time

Your hungry all the time

Tired or fatigued

Weight loss

Type 1 is a common cause of blindness, amputation, heart disease and many other life threatening complications from the disease.

What treatments are there? Everyone with Type 1 diabetes should take insulin and watch their diets. The foods and quantities of each you eat are vital to maintaining proper levels of glucose in your blood. Your health care management team will help you with this important aspect. You also learn how to titrate the amount of insulin you will need to inject with an insulin syringe. Injections are done right after you test your blood glucose level with one of many meters. Usually type 1 patients test several times per day and may require several injections also.

Insulin Injection Alternatives Many diabetics will need alternative methods of insulin delivery due the need for multiple injections or an inability to do injections at all. Insulin pumps are available as well as insulin that is inhaled in a powered form. Both of these methods have their pluses and minuses and your physician will offer them only if necessary.

Your diabetes management is a complex if you have Type 1. Use and investigate diabetic resources as much as possible and remember to exercise, eat right and by all means have a reliable supplier and meter.

Get The Most Of Your Workout With A Heart Rate Monitor

Posted by admin in Weight Loss Exercise

Since the 1970’s top athletes have been using heart rate monitors to get 100% out of their training. Now everyone can maximize their limited exercise time by using one of the many different heart rate monitors that are on the market starting at under $50.

Using a heart rate monitor is simple. A digital display will let you know what your current heart rate is. Ideally we want to have our heart rate in the target zone for at least 20 minutes to get the most our of our workout. Your target heart rate is generally between 70% and 85% of your working heart rate.

The working heart rate is the range that your heart rate falls in. This can be determined professional or you can get an approximate range by finding your resting heart rate and using an age guide for your maximum rate.

To calculate your maximum heart rate subtract your age from 220 for men or your age from 226 for women.

Your resting heart rate of course is what your heart rate is when you have done no physical activity. A good time to check this would be first thing in the morning before you even get out of bed.

I am a 37 year old male. My maximum heart rate would be 220-37 = 183.

I have measured my resting heart rate at 70. Therefore my working heart range is 113.

My target heart rate for exercising is between:

Lower target range = (113 * .7) + 70 = 149 Upper target range = (113 * .85) + 70 = 166

Most of today’s heart rate monitors will figure all this out for you. In fact the monitor that I use on my treadmill beeps when I am below - or over - my target heart range.

The main advantage to using a heart rate monitor is that you are measuring the effort that you are exerting during your workout. Often are perception is that we are working much harder then we are. You can usually go faster and further then you think!

Conquer Diabetes

Posted by admin in Diabetes Treatment

There is an estimated 18.2 million people in the United States, who have diabetes. It is a very serious, complicated, scary, lifelong condition. There are 13 million of them that are diagnosed and about 5.2 million people that have not been diagnosed yet. Every year, about 1.3 million people age 20 and older are diagnosed.

People who have diabetes, their pancreas either produces little or no insulin or there is no response from the cells, to the insulin that is produced. Glucose builds up in the blood and overflows into the urine and passes out of the body. The body loses its main source of fuel even though the blood contains large amounts of glucose. Diabetes is a disease that affects the bodies natural ability to breakdown carbohydrates and sugars properly. There is no known cause or cure for diabetes.

There are three different types of diabetes;Type 1- the immune system attacks the insulin producing cells in the pancreas and destroys them. It develops in children and young adults. But it can appear in any age. Commonly found in Caucasian people.

Type 2- the most common type of diabetes. Usually found in people with a family history of diabetes, older age, obesity, a previous history of gestational diabetes, physical inactivity, and ethnicity. Most people with this type of diabetes are overweight. Commonly found in Non-Caucasian people.

Gestational- develops only during pregnancy.

Using the Health Warrior Wonder Solution, your pancreas is not able to produce, the insulin that your body needs to function. If these minerals are not supplied by our diet, our body is forced to take from, other body fluids to give to our blood. This in turn, causes the fluids that have been removed from the body to become acidic, therefore anaerobic. Your body will start producing insulin again, controlling blood sugar readings. Taking insulin injections, or those painful finger pricks, will be a thing of the past. Energy levels will go through the roof. Circulation will increase, making your legs stronger and easier for you to move, lose weight and keep it off. Be able to eat and drink anything, without worrying about having a diabetic reaction. Fight off infections quicker and therefore heal faster. With this solution, you can conquer and cure your diabetes.

To make sure that your body, will function properly for a long time. Start living healthy as soon as possible. Starting now, will help the body fight off symptoms of many illnesses and diseases. Some factors that can lead to an early onset of diabetes include a poor diet. Some diseases are hereditary, you can still be at risk. By keeping healthy you are helping your body, to be able to control the symptoms when they onset. Break-free from your debilitating diabetes and invest in your happiness and well-being now. Do not wait until your diabetes is completely out of control.

Get More Mitochondria… Get More Energy

Posted by admin in Weight Loss Exercise

(Part 3 of a 5 Part Series on Body Awareness)

It kind of defies logic that you could get MORE energy from exercising.

Doesn’t walking a couple of miles wear you out, not raise your concentration and get you moving?

For most people this is the case. They walk, run or exercise only to find themselves whipped, sore and bruised.

It doesn’t have to be this way. You don’t have to go through your life with little energy–just enough to make it through the day and then crash on the couch.

I’ve spoken to many long distance runners and athletes who have supported what I know as a trainer and athlete–they all say that they feel GREAT after a long run or a tough workout.

So why are you feeling beat up?

I’ll tell you in the simplest terms possible–your body isn’t adjusted to activity.

In the first two parts of this series on body awareness, I spoke about how food affects your energy levels. Now I want to address how the physiology of exercise can tune you into what your body is doing when you workout, so your energy levels will skyrocket.

Yes, that is entirely possible.

The awareness of your body functions and how they create energy lead to a very tangible and logical connection between why you should start some exercise routine and the direct affect that routine has on your quality of life.

Increasing your body’s knowledge and addressing your energy levels and how they build through exercise will take you to a level of heightened awareness and to the enriched and energized daily experience of good health and fitness.

Here’s the meat of it.

When you don’t exercise, you’re muscles take a break. Sort of like everyone does on the weekend. Not working? Forget answering the phone. Same with your muscles, not working out? They’re not doing squat.

It’s a simple analogy… the only exception to it is that YOU go back to work on Monday. Your LAZY MUSCLES don’t start work again until you put them to work.

So here’s what happens while they are taking this extended vacation.

In each of your muscle cells there are little organelles called mitochondria. These little guys make the energy for your cells to use in their everyday functions, including your activity and exercise. That stuff is called ATP.

When you are inactive, your body gets smart and the number of mitochondria are reduced. If your not using them and don’t need them all, your body gets rid of them. Sort of like corporate layoffs or downsizing for efficiency.

So here you are, inactive with fewer mitochondria, and you decide you need to do something about your health and start to exercise. What happens at first is that you feel like garbage after you exercise, because your body hasn’t made the energy adjustments yet. You are still in hibernation mode.

After some time and when exercise becomes a routine, your body realizes that you’re back on the go and starts to create more mitochondria to handle to workload and supply enough energy for you.

So now you have more mitochondria, more energy, feel better after you exercise and your body has adjusted to a state where your energy stores are readily available. Those mitochondria don’t just stop producing energy when you stop exercising, they’re now there to stay–just as long as you continue to exercise.

The most exciting part of this process is that you’ll know when this all has happened. You’ll feel lighter. You’ll be more focused. You’ll smile more. These special little mitochondria can help with depression, mood swings and binges. All you need to do is move around a bit, get your body adjusted to some exercise and you’ll feel fantastic!

That feeling is something that you can really get used to.

Next time, we’ll talk about how you can judge your health and fitness progress by sensing your energy levels.

I’ve found many people what to look in the mirror to judge how well they’re progressing with a program. In Part 4, I’ll tell you a better way that will keep you on your workout program and not leave you wondering what happened 3 months later when you’ve since stopped exercising and gained back all the weight.
